LEADERSHIP IN HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT 
The place of leadership can never be left out of a country’s growth, an organizations success or a family survivals. Leadership is vital and becomes a major tool when leaders at the position level go up further into the People development level of leadership. 

With the unexpected surface of this global pandemic there’s been a rise of conflicting ideas and philosophy’s as to the resurrection of dead economy’s and support to staggering once also.
At this point we would have no choice to accept that.  “we would never make quality decisions if we have no quality leaders”

Africa’s leadership hasn’t been at its best and with this cause human capital development around the continent still stays stunted. Africa leadership in this context goes beyond just the government of country’s but the head of Organizations and Businesses, the coach of sport teams, the heads of religious bodies and a host of other spheres with just positional leaders. 

Human capital has to do with habits, knowledge social and personal attributes embodied in the ability to perform labor so as to produce results. Understanding this will shed more light on why people development leaders are needed in their numbers around Africa to boost its human capital development.
