Kids with these talents are sometimes left to their own devices. Often no help comes to them, especially if they live in underdeveloped countries or in underserved /underprivileged communities. In situations like this the skills soon die because there is no system or culture of promoting them. We crave for a world where human capital is seen as critical and important for building better communities.

These kids are showing amazing behavioral traits as they are growing to understand that learning can be fun. So let us all embrace learning, where knowledge is acquired not only from the classroom but also through experience and good behavior. As we can see in the video an opportunity exists also in using fun dancing to promote health and overall human capital for increased productivity and  global competitiveness.

As these kids have taken time out to develop themselves in their little ways we believe that institutions and leadership systems also have a part to play.
