We can increase these numbers by building a culture that promotes human capital development. With increased focus on our human capital development we can become more globally competitive.

The great Mo Salah of the Liverpool Football Club comes all the way from Egypt in Africa and has become so globally competitive he is one of the best footballers in the world. He has achieved this by developing a behavior to constantly hone his talents. Mo Salah is so good fans of Liverpool Football Club have a special song for him. And as we can see in this video even school children in Ghana are singing the great Mo Salah song.

To become like Mo Salah, you must have the right attitude and good behavior. He has become great and globally recognized through his fitness and knowledge, involving football skills and by consistently building the right attitude for success. Anyone who puts in good behavior (pleasant attitude and habits) can use his or her skills to become more globally competitive and even become the best in the world in what he or she does
